    Abstract: A system of a robot for human following includes the robot faced toward a first direction. The robot includes a detecting device, a controlling device and a mobile device. The detecting device detects a target human and a obstacle. The controlling device generates a first parameter according to a first vector between the target human and the robot, generates a second parameter according to a second vector between the obstacle and the robot, and generates a driving command according to a first resultant force parameter generated from the first parameter and the second parameter and an angle value between the first direction and the first vector to drive the robot. The mobile device performs the driving command to enable the robot dodging the at least one obstacle and following the target human, simultaneously. A controlling method of a robot for human following is also disclosed herein.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the disclosure provide a method of operating a user equipment (UE) to determine and report a throughput enhancing channel quality indicator (CQI) value when a physical channel between the UE and a base station is temporally uncorrelated. Reporting such CQI value may maximize the throughput of the channel when it remains temporally uncorrelated. In one aspect of the disclosure, the UE communicates with a base station utilizing a channel and determines that the channel is temporally uncorrelated. The UE further determines a plurality of CQIs in a first CQI reporting mode and computes the respective throughputs of the channel based on the plurality of CQIs. In addition, the UE selects a CQI of the plurality of CQIs corresponding to the highest throughput among the plurality of throughputs, and reports the selected CQI to the base station in a second CQI reporting mode while the channel remains temporally uncorrelated.

    Abstract: A substrate cassette having an electrode array includes a base frame, a plurality of first electrode plates, a plurality of second electrode plates, and a plurality of struts. The base frame includes at least one conductive member located at a bottom side thereof and each having a plurality of first channels and second channels parallel to the first channels. The first and second channels are alternately arranged. The base frame includes a plurality of fixtures located at a top side thereof. An insulator is mounted in each of the second channels. Each of the struts is mounted to two opposite sides of a bottom edge of each of the corresponding first and second electrode plates. The struts and the corresponding fixtures are vertically opposite to each other to jointly define a limited space for receiving substrates, wherein the struts carry the substrates. Therefore, the substrate cassette is applicable to the CVD process.
