    Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards an imaging device including a first image sensor element and a second image sensor element respectively comprising a pixel unit disposed within a semiconductor substrate. The first image sensor element is adjacent to the second image sensor element. A first micro-lens overlies the first image sensor element and is laterally shifted from a center of the pixel unit of the first image sensor element by a first lens shift amount. A second micro-lens overlies the second image sensor element and is laterally shifted from a center of the pixel unit of the second image sensor element by a second lens shift amount different from the first lens shift amount.

    Abstract: A semiconductor package including a first semiconductor die, a second semiconductor die, a first insulating encapsulation, a dielectric layer structure, a conductor structure and a second insulating encapsulation is provided. The first semiconductor die includes a first semiconductor substrate and a through silicon via (TSV) extending from a first side to a second side of the semiconductor substrate. The second semiconductor die is disposed on the first side of the semiconductor substrate. The first insulating encapsulation on the second semiconductor die encapsulates the first semiconductor die. A terminal of the TSV is coplanar with a surface of the first insulating encapsulation. The dielectric layer structure covers the first semiconductor die and the first insulating encapsulation. The conductor structure extends through the dielectric layer structure and contacts with the through silicon via.

    Abstract: An interactive exercise apparatus for guiding a user to perform an exercise includes a display device and a detecting device. The display device is configured to display video imagery which shows an instructor image and at least one motion check image. The motion check image corresponds to a predetermined one of a plurality of body parts of the user, which has a motion guide track and a motion achievement evaluation. The detecting device is configured to detect displacement of the body parts. The motion guide track is displayed on a predetermined position of the video imagery with a predetermined track pattern, corresponding to a movement path of the predetermined body part when the user follows movements demonstrated by the instructor image to perform the exercise. The motion achievement evaluation indicates a matching degree determined according to the displacement of the predetermined body part detected by the detecting device.

    Abstract: A rapid thermal anneal system and method for processing a semiconductor substrate. The system includes a chamber configured for holding a semiconductor substrate, a heating lamp array, and a process controller operably connected to the lamp array for controlling a heating cycle of the substrate. The controller is operable to energize or de-energize each lamp on an individual basis, and further to simultaneously energize one or more localized groups or clusters of lamps each having at least two adjacent lamps arranged for heating geographically localized regions of the substrate having special heating needs. The system is further operable to energize all lamps in the array simultaneously. The system and method provides the capability to perform customized substrate annealing.

    Abstract: A block head structure for an electric toothbrush. The structure can be slipped over and connected to a driving end on the block handle of an electric toothbrush of different style. The structure includes a block head sleeve, a set of bristles, a driving axle bush and a connecting portion. The driving axle bush has an excavated section corresponding to the position of the driving axle. A bridge-like member is provided above the excavated section. When the driving axle is slipped into the axle hole, the inner side of the bridge-like member is elastically expanded outwardly by abutment and pressing of a driving surface on the driving axle, so that a reaction force is generated to forcedly press the driving surface. The driving axle bush is driven by the driving axle to move the set of bristles to rotate rightwards and leftwards repeatedly.
