    Abstract: A method for optimally promoting decisions and a computer program product thereof are provided to perform a non-linear calculation by a computer to generate optimal information. The method for optimally promoting decisions includes: normalizing original data of a plurality of sources as a characteristic set; selecting a plurality of indicators from the characteristic set to form a decision set; receiving the decision set and determining whether the original data of the sources that corresponds to the indicators has a change, correspondingly adjusting a learning weight vector when it is determined that the change has occurred, and obtaining an optimal solution and a worst solution according to the learning weight vector and the decision set; and generating the optimal information according to the optimal solution and the worst solution. Accordingly, the optimal information can be quickly and accurately provided, as a reference for making decisions.

After the direction indication module has received the navigation signal, the illumination element representing the direction will produce light to represent the direction indicated by the navigation signal, such that a driver can be indicated the direction on the display panel without watching at the global positioning system.

    Abstract: A photographing device of a global positioning system includes a casing, a display screen, a control circuit board and a photographing device. A side of the casing is the display screen, the casing contains a holding space, and the holding space includes the photographing device which is assembled with the control circuit board by an electric connection assembly. The control circuit board includes an access unit, a positioning and transmission unit, a computing unit and a battery unit. When the photographing device is used, the photographing device starts to shoot and record. Next time when a car is driving on a route, an image of which is stored by the photographing device, the photographing device compares the route image recorded with the route image planned by a user; after comparison, the route image that fits is transmitted to the display screen by the access unit to facilitate watching.

    Abstract: A latch assembly for an electronic device has at least one recessed latch and at least one protruding latch. Each recessed latch has two latch brackets, each having a guiding recess and a latch slot formed between the latch brackets having two catch grooves formed transversely on the latch bracket opposite to each other. Each protruding latch includes at least one resilient latch bar perpendicularly. The latch bar has a head having at least one protruding face, guided by the guiding recesses of the latch brackets and selectively engaging with the catch grooves of the respective latch slot. Accordingly, precise pre-alignment between the protruding latch and the recessed latch may not be necessary. Despite frequent use, the heads of the latch bars of the protruding latches are hardly broken or worn, so maintain a secure hold for longer than prior art.
