    Abstract: An adjustable fixture includes a lower clamp piece, an upper clamp piece covering the lower clamp piece at a closed position to define a clamping space. The upper clamp piece has an anti-hook edge projecting outward. A torque rod has a first end pivoted to one side of the lower clamp piece. A traction element has a first traction end pivoted to the torque rod adjacent to the first end thereof and a second traction end that defines a threaded through hole to receive a thread bolt threadedly and movably therethrough; and a hook disposed on a second traction end of the traction element and operably associated so as to be movable together with the threaded bolt in such a manner to engage the hook with the anti-hook edge of the upper clamp piece when the upper clamp piece is disposed at the closed position.

    Abstract: A foldable tool kit has a ratchet head, a wrench body, a bit holder, a plurality of bits and a gripping handle. A protruding column extends from the ratchet head and is jacketed by an extension rod. The wrench body has a U-shaped cross-section, and side walls of one end of the wrench body form securing plates between which the ratchet head is pivoted. The extension rod opens out from, or closes into, a first opening of the wrench body, and tap holes are provided on side walls of another end of the wrench body. One end of the bit holder has a pivot base, and the pivot base has a pair of first pivot portions corresponding to a pivot hole from two sides of the pivot base. The grip handle also has an inverted U-shaped cross-section and two sides of one end each respectively have a through hole.

The rear end of the head portion has a first protruding connection part. The extension element includes a front end having a first concave connection part in connection with the first protruding connection part and a rear end having a second protruding connection part. The first concave connection part has a first side and a second side connected by a bottom edge. A stopping device is provided at an appropriate position on the bottom edge. The holding portion includes a front end having a second concave connection part in connection with the second protruding connection part and a rear end. The second concave connection part has a first side and a second side connected by a bottom edge. A stopping device is provided at an appropriate position on the bottom edge. It fixes the second protruding connection part as it rotates to a desired orientation.

    Abstract: A wrench includes a driving member engaged with the receiving hole in the head of the wrench and a protrusion extends from an underside of driving member so that a socket is mounted to the protrusion. An axial passage is defined in the driving member and a radial hole is defined through a wall of the protrusion and communicates with the axial passage. An elongate C-shaped biasing member is inserted into the axial passage and a bead is movably engaged with the radial hole and biased by the elongate C-shaped biasing member which biases the bead toward the radial hole. The elongate C-shaped biasing member can be easily removed form the axial passage when needed.
