    Abstract: A device is designed to exercise foot muscle and is formed of a base on which two rotary mounts are disposed. The rotary mounts are provided with two upright fastening plates, each having a fastening hole. Two footrests are provided in the underside with two pivoting plates, each having a pivoting hole. The footrests are pivotally fastened to the rotary mounts such that the pivoting plates and the fastening plates are pivoted together by two pivots which are disposed in the pivoting hole and the fastening hole. The footrests turn horizontally along with the rotary mounts and turn up and down on the pivots.

The swivel arms of the two free ends are connected by an elastic belt and are provided with a plurality of pressure rollers pivoted thereto. As the U-shaped frame is moved in all directions by an exerciser, the orientation rollers and the pressure rollers roll over the waist and the belly of the exerciser.

    Abstract: An automatic tying shoelace is disclosed. Thereby, the user does not need to tie the shoelace body is disclosed. The shoelace body can be fixed by two positioning devices at the lateral and rear sides. The shoelace has a long shoelace body and at least two positioning devices. A first positioning device and a second positioning device; one free end of the shoelace body has respective release-proof devices. A position of the first positioning device is lower than that of the second positioning device. The first positioning device serves for being inserted by the free end of the shoelace body and then after the shoelace body is tightened. The shoelace body is released in the second positioning device.
