  • Publication number: 20080073996
Abstract: A stator motor includes at least one claw-pole assembly (30a, 30b) for coils wound thereon. The at least one claw-pole assembly includes a pair of yokes (10a, 20a, 10b, 20b) facing towards each other. Each of the yokes is ring-shaped with a plurality of pole teeth (50) extending therefrom. The pole teeth of each yoke are spaced from each other and define a plurality of slots (80) therebetween. The pole teeth of the two yokes are intermeshed with each other and are arranged in alternating fashion along a circumferential direction of the yokes. The teeth of the two yokes cooperatively form a cylinder-shaped sidewall for receiving a rotor therein and the coils wound thereon. Several pins (70, 23) extend from and are integrally formed with at least one of the yokes for electrically connecting the coils to a power source.

  • Publication number: 20080019682
Abstract: The built-in multidriver device for a camera zoom lens has an independent driver for each lens of a zoom lens kit, and each driver is integrated into the lens mount. A housing positions each independent driver accordingly. The driver devices each include coil stators, magnetic rotors, fixed solenoids, inner solenoid bases, and limited units. The coil stators are placed in the housing, and the magnetic rotors are connected to the fixed solenoids. The inner solenoid bases are connected to the fixed solenoids, and the inner solenoid bases are limited and turned by the limiting units. When the magnetic rotor is turned by the magnetic induction of the coil stators, the fixed solenoid turns in the inner solenoid base, and the inner solenoid base is limited by the limiting unit. The inner solenoid base is moved axially, and the lenses inside are driven to zoom independently.

  • Publication number: 20070290580
Abstract: The present invention provides a driving unit for an analog meter. The size of the driving unit is modified into a column shape, so that the first tape and second tape of the stator unit can be placed in double layers, guiding more pins of the input terminal from the same side. The driving unit can simplify the manufacturing process, and the size of the components of the driving unit are greatly reduced, making assembly more flexible or emptying more space for other components. The more concentrated pin can be connected easily or can be provided with more options for connection.

  • Publication number: 20070110421
Abstract: A motor structure with a built-in lens includes a lens mount (10), a motor (30) received in the lens mount, and a lens unit (50) received in the lens mount and driven by the motor to telescopically move along an axial thereof. The motor includes a stator (32) and a rotor (34) being rotatably received in the stator. A narrow gap is defined between an inner surface of the stator and an outer surface of the rotor. A bearing layer (36) is filled in the gap of the motor to avoid swing of the rotor during rotation thereof. The lens unit threadedly engages with the rotor, whereby when the rotor rotates, the lens unit has a linearly telescopic movement relative to the lens mount.

  • Patent number: 7039309
Abstract: A drive source of a camera lens designed with built-in drive motor inside the camera lens mount delivers benefits of eliminating runout occurring during the telescopic movement of the telescopic lens, and simplifying the parts assembly process. The drive source of camera lens comprises a coil stator installed directly to the inside of the camera lens mount, the spindle of the magnetic ring rotor screws onto the rotation-proof telescopic lens, so as to rotate the spindle of the magnetic ring rotor to drive the telescopic lens with external thread. The present invention allows the camera lens to acquire a built-in drive source, eliminates the runout that occurs during the drive of telescopic lens, and simplifies the assembly process.
