  • Patent number: 10961118
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a micro-electro mechanical system (MEMS) package and a method of achieving differential pressure adjustment in multiple MEMS cavities at a wafer-to-wafer bonding level. In some embodiments, a ventilation trench and an isolation trench are concurrently within a capping substrate. The isolation trench isolates a silicon region and has a height substantially equal to a height of the ventilation trench. A sealing structure is formed within the ventilation trench and the isolation trench, the sealing structure filing the isolation trench and defining a vent within the ventilation trench. A device substrate is provided and bonded to the capping substrate at a first gas pressure and hermetically sealing a first cavity associated with a first MEMS device and a second cavity associated with a second MEMS device. The capping substrate is thinned to open the vent to adjust a gas pressure of the second cavity.

  • Patent number: 10899608
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a micro-electro mechanical system (MEMS) package and a method of achieving differential pressure adjustment in multiple MEMS cavities at a wafer-to-wafer bonding level. A device substrate comprising first and second MEMS devices is bonded to a capping substrate comprising first and second recessed regions. A ventilation trench is laterally spaced apart from the recessed regions and within the second cavity. A sealing structure is arranged within the ventilation trench and defines a vent in fluid communication with the second cavity. A cap is arranged within the vent to seal the second cavity at a second gas pressure that is different than a first gas pressure of the first cavity.

  • Patent number: 10834127
Abstract: An email attempting to perpetrate a business email compromise (BEC) attack is detected based on similarity of the email to a known BEC email and on similarity of the email to a user email that would have been sent by the purported sender of the email. Metadata of the email is extracted and input to a BEC machine learning model to find the known BEC email among BEC email samples. The extracted metadata are also input to a personal user machine learning model of the purported sender to generate the user email.

  • Publication number: 20200210759
Abstract: A computerized method identifies an input and kernel similarity in binarized neural network (BNN) across different applications as they are being processed by processors such as a GPU. The input and kernel similarity in BNN across different applications are analyzed to reduce computation redundancy to accelerate BNN inference. A computer-executable instructions stored thereon an on-chip arrangement receives a first data value for a data source for processing by the BNN at an inference phase. The computer-executable instructions further receives a second data value for the data source for processing by the BNN at the inference phase. The first data value is processed bitwise operations. A difference between the first data value and the second data value is calculated. The difference is stored in the on-chip arrangement. The computer-executable instructions applies the bitwise operations to the stored difference.

  • Publication number: 20070061586
Abstract: A server/overlay network architecture and related method prevent (i.e., minimize the likelihood of) overloads from many network clients all trying to upload data files to a common destination server on the network at about the same time. Before a client transfers its (his or her) data file to the common network destination, a unique identifier (generally much smaller than the data itself) for the data of that client is generated. The unique identifier, such as a one-way hash function, is transmitted to an authenticator trusted by the common destination. The authenticator time-stamps (i.e., stores time and date) the unique identifier, digitally signs a message incorporating the unique identifier and the time-stamp and sends the message to the client who sent the unique identifier. The client then sends the data file with its time stamp to one of a plurality of upload proxy servers. The proxy server sends a message to the common destination telling it to pick up the data file when ready.
