Voltages are applied to two ends of the piezoelectric ceramics, and an electric domain orientation of the piezoelectric ceramics are converted, through a temperature reduction and pressure increase method, to be consistent with a direction in which an electric field is applied. The piezoelectric ceramics are cooled to a room temperature, and polarization is completed.
