Abstract: A method for making a shoe includes the steps of: a) placing a foamed sole blank and an upper in a mold, the upper being superimposed on the sole blank and having a last inserted therein; b) heating the mold to a temperature ranging from 110 to 150° C. so that the sole blank is softened and bonded to the upper, and so that the sole blank is formed into a shape of a sole of the shoe; and c) cooling the mold. The sole blank is larger than the sole by a volume of 12-45%.

Abstract: A method for making foamed sole pads includes the steps of: a) providing a profiled foam blank including at least one blank unit that has a substantially sole shape outline, and that has front and heel portions, a top profiled surface, and a bottom profiled surface symmetrical to the top profiled surface; b) dividing the foam blank along a cutting plane between the top and bottom profiled surfaces to provide at least two foam blank slices; c) bonding a fabric layer to a surface of each of the foam blank slices; d) heating each of the foam blank slices; e) compression molding each of the foam blank slices to form the sole pads; and f) trimming the sole pads.

Abstract: A method for making a footwear includes the steps of preparing an upper that has a bottom peripheral edge, preparing a thermoplastic skin that has a base wall and a peripheral wall and that confines an inner space, preparing a filler pad, mounting the upper on a last, preheating the thermoplastic skin to a softened state, and thermal molding the softened thermoplastic skin together with an assembly of the filler pad and the upper in such a manner that the filler pad is fittingly received in the inner space and is bonded to the base wall and the peripheral wall.

An outsole which has an adhesive applied to the top thereof is positioned in a mold assembly including at least two opposite side mold parts that have forming patterns for forming the peripheral portion of the insole blank. The insole blank is placed in the mold assembly adjacent to the top of the outsole while the insole blank is being softened by heat to a plastic state. The insole blank is pressed against and is bonded to the outsole, and the peripheral portion of the insole blank is pressed and patterned via the side mold parts. Abstract: The present invention relates to a production method for ornamental strips, wherein castings of dimensions smaller than or equal to the final product are pressed under heat and molded. An increased range of variations is achieved by fusing together the casting of the ornamental strip and plastic platelets of various forms, colors or material hardness, which are put on the castings. By flexibly adapting the production method to specific needs, production time and cost are saved.

The water flow control assembly comprises a movable stopper to releasably block up the water outlet passage, an elastic element disposed above the movable stopper, covered with a cover plate, and defining with the cover plate a water chamber. The cover plate has an outlet hole at the top, which is controlled to open or close by the mandrel of the electromagnetic valve and disposed in communication with the water outlet passage, and an inlet hole which is disposed in communication with the water chamber.
