    Abstract: A dual-battery power management system and a method capable of automatically determining battery types and performing charging and discharging protection are provided. The system includes first and second battery modules, a bidirectional power converter, a voltage detection circuit and a processing circuit. The processing circuit is configured to: fully discharge the second battery module while charging the first battery module to obtain a battery capacity of the second battery module; using the first battery module to charge the second battery module according to a preset battery charging rate, and detect a voltage of the second battery module to obtain a first charging voltage change rate; determining a battery type of the second battery module according to a comparison table and the first charging voltage change rate; and controlling charging and discharging of the second battery module with a charging and discharging mechanism corresponding to the battery type.

    Abstract: A power supply system for outputting current to a load comprises a first power supply, a plurality of DC/DC converters connected to the first power supply in parallel, a second power source connected in parallel with the DC/DC converters and coupled to the load and a current sensor. The current sensor is configured between the first power supply and a low potential side of input terminals of the plurality of DC/DC converters, and the current sensor is configured for sensing a current information of the power supply system. When the power supply system outputs current to the load or the load can be charged back to the power supply system, the current sensor can measure the current information of each DC/DC converter through the current change of the switching states of the power switches inside the DC/DC converters, and has a simple circuit structure.

    Abstract: A power supply controlling system is configured to supply power to a load and includes a first power supply device having a first outputting voltage and current to the load, a second power supply device having a second outputting voltage and current to the load, and a buck converter which is selectively connected to the first power supply device or the second power supply device first and is then connected in parallel with the power supply device without converter and the load. The buck converter is selectively connected to the power supply device with a higher voltage, and controls the output voltage of the converter to make it conform to the voltage of the other power supply device, so as to connect the two power supply devices in parallel and output current to the load.
