Abstract: An optical sensing device is disclosed. The optical sensing device includes a sensing pixel, a driving circuit and a first light shielding layer. The sensing pixel includes a sensing circuit and a sensing element electrically connected to the sensing circuit. The driving circuit is electrically connected to the sensing circuit. The first light shielding layer includes at least one first opening corresponding to the sensing element, and the first light shielding layer is overlapped with the driving circuit in a top-view direction of the optical sensing device.

Abstract: A heat dissipation module disposed in a projection device and dissipating heat from a heat source includes a heat dissipation member, a thermoelectric cooler, a heat conduction member, and a sealant. The thermoelectric cooler has a heat absorbing surface, a heat dissipating surface contacting the heat dissipation member, and a first side surface adjacent between the heat absorbing surface and the heat dissipating surface. The heat conduction member has a first contact surface, a second contact surface opposite to the first contact surface, and a second side surface adjacent between the first and the second contact surfaces. The first contact surface contacts the heat source, and at least part of the second contact surface contacts the heat absorbing surface. The sealant is filled between the heat dissipation member and the heat source to cover the first side surface and the second side surface. A projection device is also provided.

Abstract: A cooling system equipped with an advection-type fan is disclosed. The cooling system includes a casing and an advection-type fan. The casing has a compartment receiving a heat-emitting source or a heat-conducting element. The casing further includes two radial air-guiding openings communicating with the compartment. The advection-type fan has a frame disposed in the compartment. The frame has an air-guiding lateral wall defining a radial air channel. The frame has radial air inlet and a radial air outlet. Both the radial air inlet and the radial air outlet communicate with the radial air channel. The radial air inlet and the radial air outlet face the two radial air-guiding openings of the casing respectively. The radial air channel receives an impeller that causes air advection to dissipate the heat of the heat-emitting source or the heat-conducting element. The frame has two sides that are completely laid open.
