    Abstract: A surface electromyography signal-torque matching method based on multi-segmentation parallel CNN model (MSP-CNN model), step 1: collecting torque signals and surface electromyography (sEMG) signals when tightening a bolt; step 2: dividing a range of a transducer by at least two granularities, generating a plurality of torque sub-ranges corresponding to the at least two granularities and labeling the plurality of torque sub-ranges with torque labels; step 3: generating sEMG graphs of the sEMG signals in each time window; step 4: determining the torque labels of each time window under each of the at least two granularities according to the torque sub-ranges that average values of torques fall in; step 5: establishing a sample set; step 6: building a MSP-CNN model, and training parallel independent CNN models with sample datasets; and step 7: inputting the sEMG signals of the operator during assembly into trained MSP-CNN model and identifying assembly torques.

    Abstract: A lithium battery cell includes an upper cover module, a first battery electrode group, a second battery electrode group, and a plurality of first electrode connection straps. The first electrode connection straps are stacked together and have the same width and length. A first end of the first electrode connection straps is welded to a first tab, a second end of the first electrode connection straps is welded to a second tab, and a middle part of the first electrode connection straps is welded to a first electrode terminal. An even number of first bending parts are formed between the middle part and the first end, and an even number of second bending parts are formed between the middle part and the second end, and the first bending parts and the second bending parts are symmetrical to each other. Furthermore, a lithium battery cell manufacturing method is also disclosed therein.

The sensing unit outputs a detecting voltage according to a contact state between the first connection points and the second connection points. The first detecting unit determines whether the first connection points are respectively connected to the corresponding second connection points according to the detecting voltage. When one of the first connection points is not connected to the corresponding one of the second connection points, the first detecting unit controls the first notifying unit to issue a notification.

    Abstract: A power transmission cable and a power transmission apparatus are provided. The power transmission cable comprises a Universal Serial Bus (USB) Type-C interface, a control circuit, and a Direct Current (DC) output terminal, wherein the control circuit is electrically connected to the USB Type-C interface and the DC output terminal. When the USB Type-C interface is connected to a USB Power Delivery (PD) transformer, the control circuit performs a handshake procedure with the USB PD transformer according to a USB PD protocol to confirm a designated voltage value. After the handshake procedure, the USB Type-C interface receives a power with the designated voltage value from the USB PD transformer and the DC output terminal outputs the power.
