The microporous film is disposed in the accommodating space and covers multiple holes of the accommodating space. The baffles are disposed in the body. When the rotating part is driven to rotate, the interaction between the baffles and the impellers separates the cells and the magnetic beads.

    Abstract: A combination structure for a labyrinth includes a plurality of labyrinth units. Each of the labyrinth unit is composed of four frame supports and four connectors. Each frame support is in the form of a cylindrical pipe. Each of the connectors defines a plurality of mounting holes. Each of the frame supports can be fitted into one mounting hole of one connector, so that the frame supports can be releasably joined together by the connectors. As such, a labyrinth structure can be constructed or dismantled easily and quickly, the manufacturing cost of the components can be reduced significantly, and the components can be transported easily and quickly.

    Abstract: A method for dye-free coloring of one-time anodic aluminum oxide surface is revealed. First provide a substrate containing aluminum. The substrate containing aluminum is anodized once at room temperature. The anodizing process includes a step of applying a pulse signal on the substrate containing aluminum for a first period of time. Thus a porous aluminum oxide layer is formed on surface of the substrate containing aluminum. The pulse signal includes a part with positive voltage and a part with negative voltage. Then a metal layer is deposited on the surface of the porous aluminum oxide layer. The porous aluminum oxide layer has a first interference wavelength. Next perform a linear regression of the first interference wavelength versus the first period of time. The absolute value of the slope of the regression line obtained ranges from 1.8 to 38.5. The absolute value is positively correlated with the positive voltage.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a scheduling system and method. This method includes steps as follow. A communication device is connected to a plurality processing stations and receives instant process data of each processing station, where the instant process data includes a main program number and a processing time. According to target yield, delivery time and the instant process data of the processing stations, production line scheduling is calculated, and an estimated production is forecasted. It is determined that whether the actual production of the production line scheduling matches the estimated production. When the actual production is lower than the estimated production, based on the instant process data, a bottleneck station is determined from the processing stations. The machine diagnosis is performed on the bottleneck station to identify an abnormal cause.

The mapping module generates a predictive block electricity consumption value of the each of the NC program blocks according to the NC program blocks, the corresponding processing information and the model information.     Abstract: A semiconductor cleaning method and apparatus and a controlling method of semiconductor cleaning are disclosed. The developing method includes the following steps. A developing solution is applied onto a wafer having a photoresist layer. Next, the wafer is rotated to scatter the developing solution over the photoresist layer. Then, a nozzle upon the center of the wafer ejects a non-reactive liquid onto the photoresist layer for a time period. Next, the nozzle is moved in a radial direction of the wafer to at least one next location and then ejects the liquid onto the photoresist layer for at least one next time period. The wafer is then rinsed until the developing solution and the unnecessary photoresist dissolved in the developing solution are washed away and a patterned photoresist layer is revealed.
