Abstract: A method includes bonding a first wafer to a second wafer, with a first plurality of dielectric layers in the first wafer and a second plurality of dielectric layers in the second wafer bonded between a first substrate of the first wafer and a second substrate in the second wafer. A first opening is formed in the first substrate, and the first plurality of dielectric layers and the second wafer are etched through the first opening to form a second opening. A metal pad in the second plurality of dielectric layers is exposed to the second opening. A conductive plug is formed extending into the first and the second openings.

Abstract: A quick-release hanging device includes a base and a detachable part. This base includes a first through hole and a second through hole. The first through hole has a first regular polygonal shape. The second through hole has a substantially round shape. The detachable part includes a movable portion, a hanger and a locking portion. The locking portion has a second regular polygonal shape that is relative smaller than and corresponding to the first regular polygonal shape. The locking portion is rotatable within the second through hole. It is easy to manufacture with low cost. The connected structure is quite solid. Moreover, its application scope is wide.

Abstract: A tool storing device is disclosed. It mainly includes a pair of vertical plates, a solid handle, a first partition, a second partition, and a tool receiving portion. Then, it forms a first storing space and a second storing space. These two vertical plates connected by the solid handle forms a solid structure. Due to the first partition and the second partition, the first and second storing spaces can be slight expended or compressed. By the tool receiving portion design, this invention is a stable and light-weighted storing device, and the variety of its use is increased.

Abstract: A hand-carryable and deformable storing device with seat is disclosed. It includes a storing body, a pair of movable frames, a seat and one connecting portion. This storing body has an openable portion that is coverable. Each of the pair of movable frames includes a pair of supporting elements, a hand-carryable portion and a locating portion. The seat has two hand-carryable potions. The storing body, the pair of movable frames, the seat and the connecting portion are connected together. It has various carrying types. It can convert into a seat. The storing body is compressible. And, it has various storing types.

Abstract: An improvement of a tool bag is disclosed. The tool bag comprises a main tool pocket, a secondary tool pocket, a folded pad and an adjustable back pocket. The two pockets are mounted in front of the tool bag and are provided with zippers to enclose the tools within the tool bag. The folded pad can be extended to provide a support to the user when the user's back is lying against the floor.

Abstract: A tool bag with multiple combinations is disclosed. The tool bag includes a plurality of tool pockets which can be replaced with each other and are mounted onto a waist strap. A plurality of gaps are formed on the back side of all the tool pockets such that a belt can pass through the gaps, allowing the tool bag structure to be mounted onto a user. The user can easily access to the tools.

Abstract: A tool bag for securing tools therein is disclosed. The tool bag comprises a tool bag of fabric material including two pockets having a wider upper end and a narrower lower end, the upper end and the lower end being a through passage, the fabric face being reversely folded to a position at the back portion of the tool bag body and the edge of the fabric face mounted with a securing element, and a pair of spaced apart through holes positioned on the bag surface of the tool bag; and a strong elastic peg having one end portion positioned with two securing discs, which are spaced apart to form a gap, to secure onto the tool bag body, another end portion of the peg being a circular peg end. A holding pocket is mounted onto the front surface of the bag body for the holding of hand tools.
