  • Publication number: 20240095900
Abstract: A defect detection method includes: obtaining an image of a first defective block output by the SPI machine; wherein the first defective block is a solder paste block that is not qualified for printing after being detected by the SPI machine; processing the image of the first defective block; detecting whether solder paste printing in the first defective block is qualified; and determining that the first defective block is a second defective block and determining a defect type of the first defective block when the solder paste printing of the first defective block is not qualified. A terminal device and a non-volatile storage medium therein, for performing the above-described method, are also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 11580758
Abstract: An image processing method for identifying text on production line components obtains an image to be recognized and a standard image for reference and extracts a first text area of the image to be recognized. A second text area of the standard image is obtained, and a text window is extracted based on the second text area. The method further obtains a target text area of the image to be recognized based on the first text area and the text window, and obtains a first set of first text sub-areas, and obtains a second set of second text sub-areas, by dividing the second text area into sub-windows of the text window. The method further marks the image to be recognized as a qualifying image when each first text sub-area of the first set is the same as a corresponding second text sub-area of the second set.

  • Patent number: 7980105
Abstract: A wafer-type tumbler cylinder comprises a sleeve, a cylinder, a plurality of first and second wafers, some springs and some U-shaped fixtures. The wafer-type tumbler cylinder is an integral cylindrical shaft having indentations, fixing slots and riveting plates made in a consistent operation. After the placement of every pair of first and second wafers and one shared spring into the cylindrical shaft, the riveting plates are pressed into a horizontal position to secure the wafers and spring; furthermore, all the indentations, first and second wafers, springs and riveting plates are installed on one side, or on both sides of the cylindrical shaft. The improved structure of riveting plates, U-shaped fixtures and shared spring for every pair of first and second wafers enables the key to move forward and backward smoothly, and also enables the users to lock and unlock easily and successfully.

  • Patent number: 7530246
Abstract: A wafer-type tumbler cylinder comprises a sleeve, a cylinder, some wafers and some springs. A shaft of the cylinder includes a first and a second semicircular columnar body. The first semicircular columnar body includes a front flange, a rear drive section and a U-shaped indentation at the inner lateral surface that provides for insertion into the second semicircular columnar body. On the first and second semicircular columnar bodies, one or more slots are disposed to fasten with the wafers. A relatively wider rectangular notch is disposed between the inner sides of every two slots, which are respectively installed with a wafer; only one spring is positioned in the wider rectangular notch, thereby serving as a shared spring for every two wafers. The material cost of a spring is saved; besides, it's able to prevent from prying effectively because a burglar cannot pry two wafers supported by a shared spring.
