  • Patent number: 11954841
Abstract: An image analysis device may align an image to determine a position of a wafer within the image. The wafer may include a plurality of wafer bumps. The image analysis device may mask, based on the position of the wafer, the image to obtain an image of a portion of the wafer. The image analysis device may binarize the image of the portion of the wafer to create a binarized image of the portion of the wafer. The image analysis device may determine a bump pattern, associated with the plurality of wafer bumps, based on the binarized image of the portion of the wafer. The image analysis device may perform a defect analysis of the determined bump pattern. The defect analysis may be associated with detecting regions of the portion of the wafer in which one or more wafer bumps have abnormal bump heights.

  • Publication number: 20240092662
Abstract: A method for removing a heavy metal from water includes subjecting a microbial solution containing a liquid culture of a urease-producing bacterial strain and a reaction solution containing a manganese compound and urea to a microbial-induced precipitation reaction, so as to obtain biomineralized manganese carbonate (MnCO3) particles, admixing the biomineralized MnCO3 particles with water containing a heavy metal, so that the biomineralized MnCO3 particles adsorb the heavy metal in the water to form a precipitate, and removing the precipitate from the water.

  • Patent number: 9305243
Abstract: An adaptable classification method is provided. The method performs the classification by using a classification standard having a plurality of categories. The classification standard is classified into different categories based on probability ranges. The adaptable classification method includes training a classifying device with a plurality of samples and using the trained classifying device to determine the categories of the samples to obtain classification model scores of the samples, transferring, by using logistic-like functions, the classification model scores into probability values; and adjusting parameters of logistic-like functions to iterate the training of the classifying device such that the probability values conform to value ranges corresponding to categories of the classification standard.

  • Publication number: 20120100001
Abstract: A fan structure includes a hub and a plurality of blades extending from the periphery of the hub. The airflow generated by the fan forms a boundary layer on the surface of each blade. The present invention is characterized in that: each of the blades is provided with a plurality of polygonal dents, a turbulent flow is generated in each dent when the airflow passes through the dent, a plurality of the turbulent flows collect together to form an air film between the surface of blade and the boundary layer. By this structure, the distance of separating points from the boundary layer is extended, and the frictional force and noise caused by the rotation of the blades are reduced.

  • Publication number: 20060034697
Abstract: A propeller structure of a fan, including a base section and multiple vanes. The base section has a base section surface and each vane has a vane surface for contacting with airflow. The propeller has multiple recesses distributed over the base section surface of the base section and the vane surfaces of the vanes. The recesses are formed on the base section surface and the vane surfaces for reducing the flow resistance between the airflow and the base section surface and the vane surfaces of propeller and the noise produced when the propeller rotates.

  • Patent number: 6784581
Abstract: A magnetic floating bearing of a fan includes an outer magnetic ring formed with a central axial through hole and an upper and a lower ends of the wall of the through hole having a magnetic strength greater than that of a center of the wall. An inner magnetic ring formed with a central axial fitting hole in which a rotary shaft is snugly fitted. The polarity of an outer circumferential wall of the inner magnetic ring is identical to the polarity of the wall of the through hole of the outer magnetic ring and an upper and a lower ends of the outer circumferential wall of the inner magnetic ring having a magnetic strength less than that of a center of the outer circumferential wall. Therefore, the inner magnetic ring is rotatably restricted and located within the outer magnetic ring without upward or downward detaching therefrom.
