  • Patent number: 6646547
Abstract: A light-producing warning device for skateboard includes a case connected to an underside of a deck of the skateboard for accommodating batteries; a control circuit unit mounted in the case to electrically connect to the batteries and including a switch; a cover closing the case and having a push button provided thereat corresponding to the switch on the control circuit unit; at least one light-emitting element attached to an outer periphery of the deck and connected to wires extended from the switch; and at least one light-transferring strip connected to the light-emitting element and fixed to the outer periphery of the deck with fixing nails and having a plurality of through holes spaced thereon. By pushing the push button to touch the switch, light is emitted by the light-emitting element to pass through the light-transferring strip and form light spots on the spaced through holes to provide good warning effect.

  • Patent number: 6621419
Abstract: A self-generating light-producing skateboard mainly includes at least one induction coil assembly mounted on at least one wheel supporter assembly, at least one magnet-containing wheel mounted on the wheel supporter assembly at an outer side of the induction coil assembly, at least one light-emitting element fixed to an outer periphery of a deck of the skateboard and electrically connected to the induction coil assembly, and a light-transferring strip mounted around the outer periphery of the deck. When wheels of the skateboard rotate at high speed, the magnets on the magnet-containing wheel interact with the induction coil assembly to produce current that drives the light-emitting element to emit light. The light-transferring strip transfers the light emitted from the light-emitting element to lighten the outer periphery of the deck, making the skateboard safer for use.

  • Patent number: 5327886
Abstract: An electronic massage device with cold/hot compress function includes an eccentric wheel driven by a motor to rotate and thereby generates vibration, a thermoelectric module used to provide the cold or heat source needed by the cold or hot compress, respectively, a cooling fan used to exhaust extra hot air generated during cold compress, and a set of thermoswitches used to control the hot compress temperature. The massage device may be used to soothe general body impairments through sports by cold compress alone or by hot compress together with massage.
