Abstract: A transmission system comprises a server, a media receiver, and a communication device. The server is for outputting an audio advertisement data, which comprises a metadata. The media receiver is for receiving the audio advertisement data, playing the audio advertisement data, generating advertisement information based on the metadata, and outputting the advertisement information through a first communication link. The advertisement information has a markup language format. The communication device is for receiving and displaying the advertisement information.

Abstract: A synchronization method is cooperated with a master apparatus and a plurality of slave apparatuses. The synchronization method includes at least a transmitting process, at least a responding process, at least a receiving process, a calculating process and a time-adjusting process. The transmitting process is for transmitting a synchronization message to at least one of the slave apparatuses through a network and recording a transmitting time by the master apparatus. The responding process is for transmitting a responding message to the master apparatus through the network and record a responding time after the slave apparatus receives the synchronization message. The receiving process is for receiving the responding message and recording a receiving time by the master apparatus.

Abstract: A function configuration method according to the invention is cooperated with a master apparatus and a plurality of slave apparatuses. The function configuration method includes the steps of: assigning identification codes respectively to the slave apparatus by the master apparatus; transmitting the identification codes to the corresponding slave apparatuses through a network; and setting function configurations of the slave apparatuses according to the identification codes in the master apparatus.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and a method thereof of a remotely controllable home network system for domestic appliances. A first processing unit, a first memory unit, a first display unit, and a first network unit are installed in a first domestic appliance of a domestic network system. In addition, the first memory unit is used to store action status information of the first domestic appliance. Thereby, a second domestic appliance that proposes an action request can complete the action of the first domestic appliance in succession after the second domestic appliance selects an execution item via a second display unit. Accordingly, the application convenience is enhanced.

Abstract: A switch control system of HomePlug and method thereof are disclosed. At least a switch and a central server are connected to form a home network. By a switch identification number composed of a Medium Access Control Address (MAC address) of the switch and a server identification (ID), the central server identifies the status of each switch. By a power line, the central server connects with the switch for data transmission and switching the status of the switch. By the server ID, the switch is not affected by interference from other controller.
