In the method, at least one signal source around the mobile device and a signal strength thereof are detected by using a signal detecting module. Then, each detected signal source and the signal strength thereof are compared with a signal source and a signal strength thereof recorded in multiple system profiles, so as to find a system profile having matched signal source and signal strength, in which the system profiles include signal sources and signal strengths thereof which are recorded and detected by the mobile device at multiple different locations and a system setting of the mobile device applicable to each location. Finally, a system setting of a matched system profile is executed.

Abstract: When a host mobile electronic device and a client mobile electronic device connect to each other for at least a second time, the client mobile electronic device refers to an entry corresponding to the host mobile electronic device for retrieve required information to wirelessly connect to the host mobile electronic device and to connect to an application installed on the host mobile electronic device under authentication. Therefore, the client mobile electronic device can be relieved from the burden of requesting required information for authentication repeatedly.

Abstract: A method for controlling a surrounding device and a communication device and a computer-readable medium using the same are proposed. The proposed method is adapted for a communication device, and includes following procedures. Firstly, a connection with a surrounding device is established through a wireless communication function. Then, a target setting value associated with a setting of the surrounding device is stored. Further, it is determined whether the communication device receives a communication request. Moreover, when the communication device receives the communication request, the setting of the surrounding device is modified from an original setting value to the target setting value.

Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a computer-readable medium for image registration and display are provided. In the method, a registration request is respectively sent to each of the electronic apparatuses to control the electronic apparatus to capture a local image and return the captured local image to the master apparatus. Next, an image registration is performed on the local images to obtain registration information among the local images. Then, a relative location between the master apparatus and each electronic apparatus is estimated according to the registration information. Finally, at least one frame to be displayed are oriented according to the estimated relative locations and sent to the electronic apparatuses for display.
