    Abstract: An electricity generator is mounted on an air exhaust port of a cooling tower and contains a delivery pipe and a wind turbine. The delivery pipe includes an air inlet and an air outlet opposite to the air inlet, and the air inlet corresponds to the air exhaust port of the cooling tower. The wind turbine includes a power generation device and a propeller rotatably connected with the power generation device and housed between the air inlet and the air outlet of the delivery pipe. Preferably, the delivery pipe is connected with the air exhaust port so that when the cooling tower operates, hot air exhausts from the air outlet via the air inlet.

The light shielding layer is disposed in the non-visual region. The touch sensing device layer is disposed on the first surface of the substrate. The protective layer disposed on the first surface of the substrate covers the light shielding layer and the touch sensing device layer. The light transmission protrusion is disposed on the protective layer, and at least part of the light transmission protrusion is in the non-visual region. A light enters the light transmission protrusion from the second surface. A touch display device and an assembling method thereof are also provided.

The transparent shielding electrode is disposed on the passivation layer.

The enclosure has a front side to which a man-machine interface panel that displays measurement readings and provides function-related operations is mounted. The enclosure has a back side to which a socket-carrying panel that is connectable to cables of the sensors is mounted. Readings of flowrate, temperature, current, and voltage are transmitted to the programmable logic controller in which software is executed to compile and integrate these signals to be further transmitted to a computer for subsequent analysis and monitoring. Test of a water chiller is made simple and cost, man power, and working hours are saved.
