  • Publication number: 20240079440
Abstract: A multispectral sensing device includes a first die, including silicon, which is patterned to define a first array of sensor elements, which output first electrical signals in response to optical radiation that is incident on the device in a band of wavelengths less than 1000 nm that is incident on the front side of the first die. A second die has its first side bonded to the back side of the first die and includes a photosensitive material and is patterned to define a second array of sensor elements, which output second electrical signals in response to the optical radiation that is incident on the device in a second band of wavelengths greater than 1000 nm that passes through the first die and is incident on the first side of the second die. Readout circuitry reads the first electrical signals and the second electrical signals serially out of the device.

  • Patent number: 7888819
Abstract: An uninterruptible power supply has first and second input terminals, first and second inductors, first and second AC switch units, first and second storing devices and a control unit. The first and the second inductors are electrically connected to the first and the second input terminals. The first and the second AC switch units are electrically connected to the first and the second inductors for conducting input currents. The control unit is electrically connected to the first and the second AC switch units which may be turned on and off thereby to control the first and the second inductors which charge the input currents and discharge the input currents to the first and the second storing devices.

  • Publication number: 20090267417
Abstract: A multi-input power converter and an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) having the same, wherein the multi-input power converter has input connection means, inductor means, switch means, rectifier means, output storing means and switch control means. The inductor means is electrically connected to the input connection means. The switch means is electrically connected to the inductor means for conducting input currents. The switch control means is electrically connected to the switch means to control the inductor means charging the input currents and discharging the input currents to the output storing means to perform the DC to DC converting, AC to DC converting and power factor correction functions by controlling the switch means turning on and off.
