  • Publication number: 20090181794
Abstract: A titanium-aluminum alloy applied to a golf club head includes 88 wt % to 92 wt % titanium (Ti) and 7.5 wt % to 10 wt % aluminum (Al), and an elongation of the titanium-aluminum alloy is from 8% to 16%. Minor elements such as niobium (Nb), vanadium (V), molybdenum (Mo), chromium (Cr), iron (Fe), silicon (Si), oxygen (O), and nitrogen (N) may be selectively added into the titanium-aluminum alloy, so as to form a high extensibility material with a tensile strength from 650 Mpa to 950 Mpa, which can be applied to a main body. A golf club head combining a high-stiffness hitting surface, which is made of 6Al-4V—Ti titanium alloy or ? alloy, can achieve a golf club head product with good hitting sense, desirable damping capability, expected golf-controlling capability, and a customized feature of an adjustable angle at a club portion.

  • Publication number: 20090131200
Abstract: A golf club head includes a head body formed with a cavity, and a counterweight unit fitted in the cavity and including a sleeve body and an insert body. The sleeve body has a first end face, a second end face, first and second cavities, and first and second inner walls. The first inner wall has at least one first corner. The second inner wall has at least one second corner out of alignment with the first corner. The sleeve body further has at least one shoulder face formed at a junction of the first and second cavities. The insert body includes an insert portion removably inserted into the sleeve body, and an abutting portion extending outward from the sleeve body and abutting against the first end face. The insert portion has at least one flange engaging the second corner and having a stop face abutting against the shoulder face.

  • Publication number: 20090111604
Abstract: A golf club head is provided. The golf club head comprises a main body and a club portion. The main body has a first junction surface, and the main body is made of a first material. The club portion has a second junction surface, the second junction surface is used to be jointed with the first junction surface, and the club portion is made of a second material. The second material and the first material are substantially different materials. As compared with the first material, the second material has a higher ductility, so after the main body and the club portion are jointed, the club portion has the function of adjusting the angle, the golf club head has a preferred damping effect and a high coefficient of rebound, so as to solve the problem that the integrally-formed main body and the club portion of the conventional golf club head must be manufactured with plenty of expensive material, and to reduce the manufacturing cost.

  • Publication number: 20090093321
Abstract: A golf club head structure includes a body portion, a hitting plate portion, and a club body combining portion. The body portion has a first junction surface forming a first hook angle therewith. The hitting plate portion has a hitting surface and a second junction surface with a buffer region spaced there-between. The second junction surface forms a second hook angle with the hitting plate portion, and butts against and attaches to the first junction surface on the same plane. The club body combining portion is provided for combining a club body. Therefore, a joint structure with a junction portion as a plane, capable of not being located on the surface of the club head and spaced by a buffer region with the hitting surface, is formed, which is applicable for solving the combination problem of the junction surface on the same plane that the casting is deformed.

  • Publication number: 20080168198
Abstract: A serial to parallel I/O circuit apparatus includes M sequential logic circuits and each of them includes a first D-type flip-flop for receiving one bit of input data, and the output of each the first D-type flip-flop connects to the input of a first D-type flip-flop of a next stage. A second D-type flip-flop receives one bit of enable control signal, and the output of each of the second D-type flip-flops connects to the input of a second D-type flip-flop of a next stage. A multiplexer contains two input terminals and an enable control signal receiving terminal, wherein one input terminal is used to receive the input data received by the first D-type flip-flop, and the enable control signal receiving terminal receives the enable control signal received by the second D-type flip-flop. A D-type latch outputs the data, and the output data is fed back to another input terminal of the multiplexer so as to be selected as a data output when a next set of data are input.
