    Abstract: In a wire drawing method, processing stability is ensured by preventing a shape from deforming non-uniformly. The wire drawing method includes: using a first wire that includes a center member, a plurality of first peripheral wires surrounding the center member, and an outer shell disposed outside the first peripheral wires; and reducing a cross-sectional diameter of the first wire by wire drawing. A shape of a cross section perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the first peripheral wire is a substantially isosceles trapezoidal shape including a long side in contact with the outer shell, a short side in contact with the center member, and a first oblique side and a second oblique side that are in contact with the adjacent peripheral wires.

    Abstract: A styrene-modified polyethylene-based expandable resin particle is provided, which comprise a polyethylene resin and a polystyrene resin, wherein a content of the polyethylene resin ranges from 5 wt % to 30 wt % and a content of the polystyrene resin ranges from 70 wt % to 95 wt % based on 100 wt % of the polyethylene resin and the polystyrene resin, wherein the expandable resin particle comprises a xylene insoluble matter and an acetone insoluble matter, and a ratio of a content of the xylene insoluble matter to a content of the acetone insoluble matter ranges from 0.01 to 5. In addition, an expanded resin particle and a foamed resin molded article prepared by the aforesaid expandable resin particle are also provided. Furthermore, a method for manufacturing the aforesaid expandable resin particle is also provided.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for making dimethyl ether by reactive distillation. The method provides a reactive distillation tower with a top, a bottom, and rectification, reaction and stripping zones defined therein. The top of the reactive distillation tower is retained at 25° C. to 40° C. while the bottom of the reactive distillation tower is retained at 84.6° C. to 170° C. Each of the rectification, reaction and stripping zones includes several sieving trays. The reaction zone of the reactive distillation tower is filled with catalyst. The pressure in the reactive distillation tower is lower than 8.0 bars. Methanol is introduced into the reactive distillation tower so that the methanol travels from the reaction zone toward the bottom for contact with the catalyst to provide a top stream and a bottom stream. The top stream includes dimethyl ether. The bottom stream includes water and a remaining portion of the methanol. Finally, the dimethyl ether is collected in the top of the reactive distillation tower.

    Abstract: A connector assembly and an adaptor for various transmission protocols are disclosed. The connector assembly comprises a hollow casing including terminal sets connected at the upper and lower inner part thereof. The hollow casing is connected to a housing with the fool-proof protrusion positioned respectively at the right and the left side thereof. The housing surrounds the hollow casing. The upper and the lower end of the housing have the elastic plate respectively. The adaptor has a hollow casing with a slot, and the slot has a positioning set. The hollow casing is surrounded by a housing. The positioning set respectively includes the terminal set at the upper and the lower side thereof. Thus one single connector assembly and the adaptor can be applied in various transmission protocols.
