Abstract: A light-emitting diode includes an epitaxial structure and a first metal electrode. The epitaxial structure has a first surface and a second surface opposite thereto, and includes a first-type semiconductor layer, a light-emitting layer and a second-type semiconductor layer. The first-type semiconductor layer includes an ohmic contact layer which at least partially defines the first surface. The first metal electrode is disposed on the first surface, and includes a main electrode and auxiliary electrodes which are disposed on and electrically connected to the ohmic contact layer. The ohmic contact layer is made of AlxGayInP, where 0?x?1 or 0?y?1. In a top view of the light-emitting layer, a projection of each auxiliary electrode on the first surface is smaller than or equal to that of the ohmic contact layer on the first surface. A light-emitting divide including the light-emitting diode, and a method for manufacturing the light-emitting diode are also provided.

Abstract: An adaptive vehicle headlight is provided for being installed on a vehicle body for use. The adaptive vehicle headlight includes a light body, an optical lens, a driver, and a control unit. The optical lens, the driver, and the control unit are integrated into the light body. In practice, the optical lens can optionally include a light distributing member. The control unit can cause an operation of the driver according to a tilt angle of the vehicle body, such that the optical lens and/or the light distributing member are rotated to a predetermined angle, so as to produce an illumination pattern in a horizontal state.

Abstract: An I/O card (10) comprises a frame (12) sandwiched between a top cover (16) and a bottom cover (18) whereby an internal PC board (14) can be protectively embedded within a space defined between the top cover (16) and the bottom cover (18), and seated on the frame with two connectors (25, 29) positioned at two opposite ends for connection to other complementary connectors. Each cover (16, 18) includes coupling devices or hook sections (32) on its periphery for latchable attachment to the peripheral surfaces of the I/O card (10).
