Abstract: A method is provided for forming an integrated circuit (IC) chip package structure. The method includes providing a substrate for an interposer, and forming a conductive interconnect structure in and on the substrate for connecting a group of selected IC dies. The method includes forming warpage-reducing trenches in non-routing regions of the interposer, wherein the warpage-reducing trenches are sized and positioned based on a warpage characteristic to reduce the warpage of the chip package structure. The method also includes depositing a warpage-relief material in the warpage-reducing trenches according to the warpage characteristic to reduce the warpage of the chip package structure, and bonding the group of selected IC dies to the interposer to form a chip package structure.

The kit comprises a clip; a collector device comprising a connector portion configured for receiving the clip, a holder portion configured for receiving a sponge; and a stopper portion; a tube configured to receive the collector device; and a cap configured to be inserted onto an open end of the tube and seal the tube and simultaneously receive an end of the collector device into a recess disposed inside the cap.

Abstract: An assistive apparatus is disclosed that solves the problem of conventional toilet seats lacking proper support for individuals and safety assistance. The assistive apparatus provides a rotatable grab bar assisting users in getting up or sitting on a toilet. Also, the grab bar can be attached with a foldaway handle which allows user to pull themselves up easily.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an expansion dock including a base, a socket, an expansion platform and a driving mechanism. The socket is installed on a side of the base and pivoted to the base. A portable electronic device can be inserted into the socket. The expansion platform is installed inside the base and protrudable from the side of the base. The driving mechanism drives the expansion platform to protrude from the side of the base as the portable electronic device is inserted into the socket and pivoted to a predetermined angle relative to the base.

Abstract: A method for sharing notes of an electronic book (E-book) is illustrated. The method includes steps of: comparing an identification information of a note file with a book information of the electronic book for determining whether the note file corresponds to the electronic book; receiving and transferring the note file to an electronic reader displaying the electronic book when the note file corresponds to the electronic book; stacking and displaying at least one note layer included in the note file above an electronic page of electronic book displayed on a user interface of the electronic reader, wherein the note layer includes an auxiliary annotation associated with content of the electronic page and the note layer is independent of the electronic page. Therefore, reader may read the E-book and review related annotations on the user interface at the same time, and share the note file independently to other readers.
