  • Publication number: 20250061007
Abstract: System and method for providing content of an application programming interface (API) server to a user computer are disclosed. A webpage in the user computer includes program code to make web user interface (UI) calls to a web server. A web UI call that corresponds to a web UI specification includes an API identifier, which corresponds to an API specification. The API specification is identified from among several API specifications using the API identifier. The API specification includes a route to an API server. A parameter included in the web UI call is checked for conformance to the API specification. In response to the parameter conforming to the API specification, an API request is made to the API server. A component of the webpage is rendered using a result of the API request provided by the API server.

  • Patent number: 11936082
Abstract: Microwave photonic devices use light to carry and process microwave signals over a photonic link. Light can be used as a stimulus to microwave devices that directly control microwave signals. Previous optically controlled devices suffer from large footprint, high optical power level required for switching, lack of scalability and complex integration requirements, restricting their implementation in practical microwave systems. Disclosed are monolithic optically reconfigurable integrated microwave switches (MORIMSs) built on a CMOS compatible silicon photonic chip. The disclosed scalable micrometer-scale switches provide higher switching efficiency and operate using optical power that is orders of magnitude lower than previous devices. The disclosed devices and techniques provide examples of silicon photonic platforms integrating microwave circuitry.

  • Publication number: 20200412713
Abstract: An authentication and authorization integration system with the heterogeneous cloud platforms is proposed herein. The system packs various authentication and authorization information to issue a general token to carry the session. During the statutory period of the general token, the heterogeneous cloud platforms authenticate the user through the token instead of the session authentication of platform to avoid the complexity caused by repeating authentication to integrate these heterogeneous platforms into an architecture of micro service and stateless session.

  • Publication number: 20200204461
Abstract: An automation system for testing and publishing of web service uses a management interface to manage the test according to the version of API description document of the web service. The web service that has passed the testing will automatically finish the service registration, or provide the testing result to the management interface for the manager or the developer to revise the registry information. Therefore, through the API description document, the web service provider can test the web service, update the service or halt the service without any effect on the published web service, and provide error message for the web service provider to debug the registry information.

  • Publication number: 20190190771
Abstract: A cloud service management method may manage cloud computing services provided over an Internet connection. The method for cloud service management includes: providing a controller node having a cloud service template parser and a management application; providing a service builder for a user to set up a cloud service template and transmitting the cloud service template to the cloud service template parser; the cloud service template parser parsing the cloud service template, establishing multiple virtual environments in a cloud platform, installing an agent application in each virtual environment, setting a first parameter group corresponding to the management application in the control node, and setting a second parameter group corresponding to the agent application in each virtual environment, so as to provide a cloud service; and managing the cloud service through the management application communicatively connected to the agent application.

  • Patent number: 8928024
Abstract: The present invention provides an optical device, and the optical device comprises a luminous element and a gradient-index nanoparticle layer and scattering particles composed by particles stack with different refractive indexes and particle sizes. The luminous element has a light emitting surface. The refractive indexes of the nanoparticle layers decrease bottom up. The nanoparticles based gradient-index nanoparticle layer comprises a plurality of dielectric layers with different refractive index, and the dielectric scattering particle layers are stacked upward from the light emitting surface to let the gradient-index nanoparticle layer and scattering particles cover the light emitting surface. The method for manufacturing the abovementioned optical device is also disclosed.
