  • Publication number: 20220254955
Abstract: A light emitting diode structure includes a metal reflective layer, a first transparent electrically-conductive layer, a dielectric layer, second transparent electrically-conductive layers, a first type semiconductor layer, an active layer and a second type semiconductor layer. The metal reflective layer has first concave sections. The first transparent electrically-conductive layer is conformally formed over the first concave sections of the metal reflective layer. The dielectric layer is formed over the first transparent electrically-conductive layer and has through holes to expose the first transparent electrically-conductive layer. The second transparent electrically-conductive layers are formed over the dielectric layer, and connected with the first transparent electrically-conductive layer via the through holes. Each second transparent electrically-conductive layer is connected to the first transparent electrically-conductive layer to form a T-shaped cross section in each first concave section.

  • Patent number: 9941865
Abstract: A method and circuitry for generating a trigger signal based on an oscillation signal and associated non-transitory computer program product are provided. The method includes following steps. Firstly, a calibration value is obtained according to a reference frequency and a frequency of the oscillation signal, and a counting value is gradually altered from a first initial value to a breakpoint value. Secondly, the counting value is updated to a second initial value when the counting value is equal to the breakpoint value. Then, the counting value is gradually altered from the second initial value to a final value, and the trigger signal is generated when the counting value is equal to the final value.

  • Publication number: 20110043462
Abstract: A method for identifying multiple touch user interaction with a touchscreen device. The method includes receiving an indication that a touch has been detected on the touchscreen device, applying a first voltage across a first conductive layer of the touchscreen device and measuring first and second voltage signals at first and second electrical contacts of a second conductive layer of the touchscreen device, applying a second voltage across the second conductive layer of the touchscreen device and measuring third and fourth voltage signals at third and fourth electrical contacts of the first conductive layer of the touchscreen device, and interpreting the user interaction with the touchscreen device and identifying multiple touch gestures based at least partly on at least one of a difference between the first and second voltage signals, and a difference between the third and fourth voltage signals.
