Abstract: A T-shaped anchorable mesh having a reticular structure with an intertwining mesh material, forming a tissue contact surface. The T-shaped anchorable mesh includes a long arm and a fixation part. The long arm has two lateral ends spaced from each other in an X direction and two marginal edges extending between the two lateral ends. The fixation part extends from one of the two marginal edges in a Y direction. The fixation part includes a plurality of protrusions emerging from the tissue contact surface.

Abstract: Disclosed is a pessary for transvaginal haemostasis, wherein the radial dimension of a balloon body can be changed to form a relatively large pressure on a vaginal wall, therefore achieving the effect of high-pressure haemostasis.

The vaginal speculum includes a connecting member having a first end and a second end, and two supporting members. Each of the two supporting members has a coupling end and an insertion end opposite to the coupling end. The coupling ends of the two supporting members respectively connect to the first end and the second end of the connecting member. The two supporting members are configured to be pushed towards or pulled away from each other.
