  • Patent number: 11565268
Abstract: The present invention discloses a convective PCR apparatus by using a transparent conductive thin film to replace the traditional metal heater. The PCR reaction is activated when the container with reagents contacted the heated transparent conductive thin film and the temperature inside the container raised to initiate the convective circulation. Also, the present invention could apply for a quantitative PCR reaction by adding a specific probe, a fluorescent dye, a light source, or a photon receiver.

  • Patent number: 11227043
Abstract: A device including an unlocking system includes a sensing device to gather data of a physical movement of a user's body or part as representing an unlocking action. The unlocking system includes a display module, a password setting module, an identifying module, a determining module, and an unlocking module. The display module displays an unlock interface on a display screen which itself can view the user's eyes. The password setting module has a preset unlocking password and the movement can be determined as representing an unlocking action. The correctness of such unlocking action as a password can be determined by the determining module. The unlocking module can unlock all or some functions of the electronic device when the password offered is found correct. Different unlock interfaces can be displayed depending on different geographical locations. An electronic device and a unlocking method are also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 10688497
Abstract: The present invention discloses an apparatus for performing PCR by thermal convection. The device includes a first bracket, a second bracket, a temperature sensing device, a power supplying device, a processor and an accommodation space. The device uses transparent conductive film to replace conventional thermostat metal stock to perform a heat process required in the PCR or RT-PCR process. The device further uses a reagent container whose bottom portion contacts the transparent conductive film and being heated by the transparent conductive film to establish a thermal circulation in the reagent container. The device can qualify or quantify the product of PCR or RT-PCR process by further incorporating specific probes, fluorescence material, light source, light receiver and light regulator.
