    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a short peptide consisting of an amino acid sequence at least 85% identical to SEQ ID NO: 1. According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the short peptide consists of an amino acid sequence 100% identical to SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 3 or 4. According to certain embodiments of the present disclosure, the short peptide is useful in treating neurological diseases via enhancing neurite outgrowth.
