Abstract: The present invention provides an immune checkpoint TIM3-targeting binding peptide and an application thereof. The present invention first provides a polypeptide (a) or (b) as follows or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof: (a) a polypeptide which is composed of any one of amino acid sequences shown in SEQ ID No. 1 to SEQ ID No. 16; and (b) a derived polypeptide which has the same function as (a) and is obtained by substituting, increasing and/or deleting one or more amino acids from any one of the amino acid sequences shown in SEQ ID No. 1 to SEQ ID No. 16. The polypeptide can be specifically bound to TIM3, and has an application prospect in the fields of regulation/improvement of T cell immunocompetence and anti-tumor treatment.
