    Abstract: A hard tissue repair adhesive composition and a hard tissue repair kit comprising same. The adhesive composition comprises a polymerizable monomer (A), polymer powder (B), a polymerization initiator (C), and a filler (D). The polymerization initiator (C) comprises 100 parts by weight of alkoxydialkylboron having a purity of 97% or more and 0.2-5 parts by weight of an alcohol having a boiling point of 60° C. to 180° C. The polymerization initiator (C) does not generate smoke or coking or present ignition quality even when in contact with paper, porous fibers or the like in air, is easy to be taken in a small amount, and can provide a polymerizable composition with high polymerization activity, thereby providing an adhesive composition suitable for hard tissue repair. (A), (B), (C), (D) and all other components comprised according to requirements of the adhesive composition for hard tissue repair can be separately or mixedly stored in three or more members to form a repair kit.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for improving a one-time seedling rate of microspore embryoids of Brassica campestris ssp. Chinensis Makino, including the steps of: spraying 6-BA onto a flower bud of a plant; sterilizing the flower bud with alcohol and HgCl2; releasing microspores, filtering and centrifuging to obtain purified microspores; diluting the microspores with a NLN medium, subpackaging into culture dishes, and adding phytic acid; finally, subjecting to heat shock treatment and transferring to culture in the dark until embryoids appear, and then conducting shaking culture; transferring the cultured embryos in a cotyledon stage onto a MS medium for differentiation culture, wherein the culture conditions are: 4° C., 14 h of illumination by blue-red compound light/day, and 14 days of culture; and then continuing to culture under the condition of 25° C. and 14 h of illumination by blue-red compound light/day until seedlings.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a combined treatment method for surface modification of fumed silica, which comprises the following steps: (1) two sets of modification devices are used to jointly treat fumed silica; the fumed silica is modified with a modifier in the reaction furnace of each set of modification devices to obtain two groups of modified fumed silica and exhaust gas respectively; (2) the exhaust gas obtained in step (1) is separated respectively to obtain unreacted modifier and by-products, and the obtained by-products are input into the reaction furnace of the other set of modification devices as reaction assistants to participate in the modification reaction; and the obtained unreacted modifiers are returned to the reaction furnace of the original modification device for repeated use.
