    Abstract: A downhole throttling device based on wireless control includes an inlet nozzle, a throttling assembly, an electrical sealing cylinder, a gas guide cylinder, a lower adapter sleeve, an end socket, a female sleeve, and electrical components. The inlet nozzle is connected to the throttling assembly, the throttling assembly is connected to the electrical sealing cylinder and the gas guide cylinder, the electrical sealing cylinder and the gas guide cylinder are both connected to the lower adapter sleeve, the lower adapter sleeve is respectively connected to the end socket and the female sleeve, and the electrical components are arranged in the electrical sealing cylinder. A throttling effect is achieved by detecting the temperature and pressure in a tube by a temperature/pressure sensor in the electrical components and controlling a motor to rotate a movable valve in the throttling assembly by a circuit control assembly, thereby achieving wireless control over downhole throttling.

    Abstract: A method and a system analyze an individual's physiological data to identify aberrant vital-signs patterns and estimate an infection probability. The identification includes determining a score based on the current vital-sign measurements, and the mean and standard deviation of baseline vital-signs values. In one embodiment, the mean and the standard deviation are selected based on the corresponding baseline time window and activity bin of the current vital-sign measurement. The score is identified as normal when between two thresholds and aberrant outside of those two thresholds.

    Abstract: A downhole system, such as a packer or a bridge plug, isolates zones in a wellbore. Each downhole system includes a mandrel, a sealing member, ring members, and support rings. Each support ring has an extended configuration to position the support ring between the respective ring member and sealing member during deployment and before installation and a collapsed configuration to prevent extrusion of the ring member and sealing member after installation. Ring caps can be added between the support rings and ring members for additional support.

In addition, a method for producing apolipoprotein A-IMilano is provided, in which the expression vector is used to transform oil sunflower which is used as a plant bioreactor. The method can not only improve the yield of apolipoprotein A-IMilano, but also greatly reduce production costs, and is suitable for industrial production.

A passage slot is formed between the inner facing surfaces of the top and bottom fixtures, which are used to accommodate a connection band of the displayed product.
