Abstract: The present application provides a control method in a communications network, a centralized controller, and a wireless communications network system, where the method includes: generating a to-be-confirmed processing type list according to a service type of a service flow and a data path type template, where the to-be-confirmed processing type list includes all processing function types that may be needed by the service flow; then filtering the to-be-confirmed processing type list, and generating a processing type list, where the processing type list includes processing function types that are essential to the service flow; further, sequentially selecting a working policy and a working parameter for each processing instance, generating a full path policy, and sending the full path policy to an instance of each function node. Therefore, a corresponding service flow path is selected according to a service type corresponding to a different service flow, network resource utilization is improved.

Abstract: Provides a communications network, a device, and a control method. The communications network includes a network controller NC, at least one entry node EN, and at least one function node FN. The NC is configured to receive, in a centralized manner, a decision request triggered by a trigger condition or sent by a processing node, where the decision request carries identification information of a data stream, determine, according to the identification information of the data stream and processing capability information of the processing node that is stored in the NC, a processing manner and path information that are of the data stream corresponding to the identification information, and send the determined processing manner and path information to one of or a combination of the EN and the FN, so that the one of or combination of the EN and the FN processes the data stream according to the processing manner.

Abstract: A policy and charging rules function (PCRF) virtualization method, device and a virtualization policy and charging system are provided. The device includes: at least two virtual machine; where each of the virtual machine correspondingly realizes at least one function of the PCRF device; and the virtual machines are connected to each other through an Internet Protocol (IP) rout. According to the technical solution of the embodiments of the present disclosure, when a function of a PCRF VM is expanded, the VM can be configured flexibly, thereby reducing the cost and improving the performance price ratio.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method, a system, a Push client, and a user equipment for service communication. The method disclosed in the present invention includes that: A source Push client generates a Push message, where the Push message carries a destination user Push identifier for identifying a destination user; the source Push client sends the Push message to a destination Push server to which the destination user belongs; the destination Push server obtains, according to the destination user Push identifier, a network address for reaching a destination Push client; and the destination Push server sends, based on the network address, the Push message to the destination Push client. With the present invention, communication of various services can be established without relying on a third party application server, which can reduce power consumption of a terminal and save network resources.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for cooperation between push devices to improve the validity and reachability of Internet Protocol (IP) connections. The method for cooperation between push devices includes: obtaining, by a Push proxy, a Push identifier and an address of a Push client; storing, by the Push proxy, a mapping between the Push identifier and the address of the Push client; and if the address of the Push client changes, updating, by the Push proxy, the corresponding address in the mapping. With the embodiments of the present invention, validity and reachability of IP connections can be improved, and the real-time performance and reliability of Push messages can be improved.

Abstract: The present invention provides a new Push method, apparatus, and system. The Push method includes: receiving a Push message delivered by an application server; obtaining a private IP address of a UE according to a user identifier, where the user identifier is obtained from the Push message; and obtaining, according to the private IP address of the UE, a PS domain node currently connected to the UE, sending the Push message to the PS domain node, and sending the Push message to the UE through the PS domain node.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a data transmission method and a related apparatus, which are used to implement compression of data transmitted on a backhaul to increase throughput of the backhaul. The method in the embodiments of the present invention includes: parsing a received Internet Protocol (IP) data packet to obtain a transmission network protocol header, a transmission tunneling protocol header, a user data protocol header, and user application layer data; compressing the transmission tunneling protocol header, the user data protocol header, and the user application layer data to obtain a compressed transmission network protocol payload; using the transmission network protocol header to encapsulate the compressed transmission network protocol payload to obtain a compressed IP data packet; and sending the compressed IP data packet to a decoding device in a core network or in a base station.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method, an apparatus and a system for a group session service in a software defined network, and relates to the field of the wireless communication and particularly to a group session service. By separating service control signaling from service data, the demands for a Push to talk over cellular (PoC) server is low and little change is made on a service flow, no extra demands for a user is needed, the control logic of the group call service is simplified, the load of the PoC server is reduced, and the delay of a multiple-party session is remarkably reduced, thereby effectively improving the QoE of the user.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a cellular network controller, including: a wireless protocol processing module, configured to process a wireless handover request from a radio network user or a radio network access network, and report a processing result; a policy control module, configured to formulate a bearer forwarding policy of a handover user according to event information pre-stored in the cellular network controller and the processing result reported by the wireless protocol processing module; and a policy delivering module, configured to deliver the bearer forwarding policy formulated by the policy control module to a policy executor corresponding to the handover user for executing, so that a packet sent to the handover user is forwarded according to the bearer forwarding policy. By using the foregoing solutions in the embodiments of the present invention, signaling negotiation among multiple control entities is decreased, thereby reducing waste of network resources.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a system, method, and device for processing air interface information. An enhanced base station includes: a receiver, configured to receive, through an open interface, an air interface control policy sent by a radio access network controller having an air interface control function of a radio access network; and a processor, configured to process air interface user plane data according to the air interface control policy. The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention implement separation of a control plane and a user plane of the radio access network through the radio access network controller and the enhanced base station.

Abstract: Disclosed is a content encoding pre-synchronization method, comprising: a network device selecting a popular index with a high frequency of appearance from all indexes stored by the network device; determining, among base stations under management, another base station that is of the same type as a base station receiving the popular index, and when the link is idle, sending the popular index and data corresponding to the popular index to the base station. In the content encoding pre-synchronization method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, a popular index and a base station to which the index may be sent can be predetermined, and when the link is idle, the popular index is sent to the corresponding base station in advance, thereby reducing the sending delay in busy time, improving the compression ratio in busy time, and avoiding a loss of synchronization data caused by a busy link.

An apparatus for registering in a USI system is disclosed herein. The apparatus includes a receiving module and a registering module. Abstract: A method for processing presence information is disclosed. Presence information includes different values of a presence element, classes corresponding to the values and presentity information. Authentication configuration information of a presentity is obtained according to the presentity information. A right rule is obtained by resolving the authentication configuration information. The right rule includes a correlation configured by the presentity between a watcher identity and a class of a group that the watcher identity pertains to. A value of the presence element is sent to a corresponding watcher according to a correlation between the class corresponding to the value in the presence information and the class derived from the right rule obtained from the authentication configuration information.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for realizing presence service. By recording a correlation between a watcher identity and a class in an authentication configuration information of a presentity for a watcher and making presence information related to a corresponding class in the presence information issued by the presentity, a presence server determines that presence information may be obtained by the watcher according to a correlation between classes and watcher identities and presence information. The invention further discloses a system for realizing presence service, a presence information processing device and a presentity client.

Abstract: A method for data transmission includes: a router receives a data packet sent by an access device of a first user, where the data packet carries target device selection information including at least a user identity of a second user, and the user identity is associated with at least one access device of the second user; the router obtains a routing address of an optimal access device among access devices associated with the user identity; and the router sends the data packet to the optimal access device according to the routing address.
