Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for video analysis. The systems may obtain a video stream. For each of a plurality of frames in the video stream, the systems may determine a reference score corresponding to the frame based on a spatiotemporal feature of the frame. The spatiotemporal feature of the frame may associate a feature of the frame with a feature of at least one adjacent frame of the frame. The systems may determine, from the plurality of frames in the video stream, one or more target frames based on reference scores corresponding to the plurality of frames.

Abstract: In certain aspects, disclosed herein are methods of treating cancer in a subject, comprising administration to the subject of (1) one or more glucocorticoid receptor agonists and (2) one or more inhibitors of calcineurin. In some embodiments, the administration of the one or more glucocorticoid receptor agonists and the one or more inhibitors of calcineurin results in restoration of contact inhibition, increased formation of intercellular junctions, reduced cell proliferation, and/or increased vacuolization of cells growing in multilayer zones. Included herein are methods for identification of novel compounds that restore contact inhibition in cancer cells.

Abstract: A method for detecting clogging of a subsurface flow constructed wetland, including the steps of firstly emptying water in the subsurface flow constructed wetland, and then measuring the apparent resistivity of the subsurface flow constructed wetland bed after the water is emptied, wherein the water holding capacity of clogging sediments in the clogged region after emptying is strong, the apparent resistivity of this region is further measured to be lower than an unclogged region and the clogged region can thus be positioned and analyzed, the apparent resistivity of the region clogged more seriously is lower and the degree of clogging can thus be quantitatively analyzed.
