Abstract: Disclosed is an information prompting method for a public place, including: acquiring user information, storing the user information in a user database, the user information being attributed into different target user group data packets based on a user's characteristic attributes; planning a first route to a predetermined destination, estimating a first time period (T1) needed for completing the first route according to the characteristic attributes of the users within the target user group, acquiring user movement information within the first time period (T1), planning a second route, and estimating a second time period (T2) needed for completing the second route; and prompting the user for the planned first and second routes and the estimated time. Also disclosed is a mobile service terminal. The present invention can provide users with information prompts, adjust the prompted service in real time when environment changes, which better satisfies users.

Abstract: Disclosed are a display method for a multimedia terminal for an airport service and multimedia terminal. The method comprises collecting user information; classifying the user information into different target user groups on the basis of characteristic attributes of users in the user information; and calling a skin interface that matches a target user group corresponding to the user, and loading the skin interface to a terminal display page of the user. A skin that matches the user can be displayed based on the identity of the user, and another skin that matches another user can be re-loaded along with the identity change of the user so as to meet needs of different target groups and enhance the experience of the users. The skin interfaces are quite user-friendly, so that the satisfaction degree of users is improved.

Abstract: Disclosed are mobile service terminal, mobile service system and data processing method for airport service. The terminal comprises an information collecting unit acquiring user information, an interface unit interacting with an external device, a processing unit connected with the information collecting unit and the interface unit for authenticating the identity of a user according to the collected user information, call service content matching a target user group to which the user belongs from the data of external device according to the identity information of the user, and adjust the service content according to characteristic information of the user when the user receives the service content, and an output unit connected with the processing unit and outputting service content. Thus, personalized services can be provided to users, the services can be adjusted in real time according to the intention of users.

Abstract: Disclosed is a mobile self-service method and a system including a movable service terminal configured to acquire, verify and parse user data to obtain flight number information about a user; a background service system configured to interact with the movable service terminal and provide service data in response to a request sent from the movable service terminal. The terminal is further configured to interact with the background service system to verify the flight number information, confirm a corresponding flight, establish real-time indoor positioning information about the movable service terminal, and provide a navigation prompt from the current position to a corresponding boarding gate or a specified position according to the service data and the real-time positioning information. The present invention can provide personalized flight information, positioning and navigation prompts to passengers waiting for flights in airports, provide path planning and estimate the required time.
