  • Publication number: 20110224988
Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatus for identifying and classifying noise of an intracardiac electrogram of a cardiac rhythm management device to prevent inaccurate detection of a cardiac episode are disclosed. In an example, three channels are analyzed to identify and determine whether an episode or noise has been detected.

  • Patent number: 7841986
Abstract: Generating a three-dimensional representation of cardiac electrical activity within a subject's heart includes collecting, from a catheter having a distal portion that includes sensors that sense electrical activity and which catheter distal portion is positioned within a cardiac chamber of a subject, data for electrical activity sensed by the catheter distal portion while positioned within the chamber of the heart. The method also includes executing an imaging algorithm on the collected electrical activity data to generate a three-dimensional representation of cardiac electrical activity within a volume of the subject including all or a portion of the subject's heart. The method further includes displaying the imaged three-dimensional cardiac electrical activity.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: May 10, 2007
Date of Patent: November 30, 2010
Assignee: Regents of the University of Minnesota

  • Patent number: 6660157
Abstract: The invention relates to a new and improved heavy oil hydrocracking process using a multimetallic liquid catalyst in a slurry-bed reactor, particularly an improvement of lightweight treatment of heavy oil in the petroleum processing technology. According to the present invention, a slurry-bed hydrocracking reactor and a highly dispersed multimetallic liquid catalyst are mainly applied during the process. A fixed-bed hydrotreating reactor is also used on line to enhance lightweight oil yield from heavy oil under normal pressure.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: November 2, 2001
Date of Patent: December 9, 2003
Assignees: PetroChina Company Limited, University of Petroleum
Inventors: Guohe Que, Cungui Men, Chunxu Meng, An Ma, Jiashun Zhou, Wenan Deng, Zongxian Wang, Baoquan Mu, Chenguang Liu, Dong Liu, Shichang Liang, Bin Shi
