The apparatus includes a control system and a plurality of raw material units and conveying mechanisms. The plurality of raw material units are used for containing different raw materials. Each raw material unit contains a raw material bin, a material discharge port, and a material feeding mechanism. The control system generates a preset procedure on the basis of a customized recipe, and, according to said preset procedure, controls the conveying mechanisms and the material feeding mechanisms in the relevant raw material units of the preset program, until the preset procedure is completed so that a material receiving container receives the required raw materials. The apparatus can provide more targeted customized recipe products for individual needs.

    Abstract: Described herein is a bifurcated continuous field-flow fractionation (BCFFF) chip for high-yield and high-throughput nucleic acid extraction and purification. BCFFF uses a membrane ionic transistor to sustain low-ionic strength in a localized region at a junction, such that the resulting high field can selectively isolate high-charge density nucleic acids from the main flow channel and insert them into a standardized buffer in a side channel that bifurcates from the junction. The BCFFF platform can be used for isolation of both long dsDNAs and short miRNAs, without changing the device configuration or the operation protocol. BCFFF results in high-efficiency (>85%) concentration-independent DNA extraction and 40% net qRT-PCR miRNA yield from plasma, which is significantly higher than any other commercial liquid and solid extraction technologies.

    Abstract: In one embodiment, a method determines known features for existing face tracks that have identity labels and builds a database using these features. The face tracks may have multiple different views of a face. Multiple features from the multiple faces may be taken to build the face models. For an unlabeled face track without identity information, the method determines its sampled features and finds labeled nearest neighbor features with respect to multiple feature spaces from the face models. For each face in the unlabeled face track, the method decomposes the face as a linear combination of its neighbors from the known features from the face models. Then, the method determines weights for the known features to weight the coefficients of the known features. Particular embodiments use a non-linear weighting function to learn the weights that provides more accurate labels.

At least part of the light from the light emitting member is emitted outside the tube body along the expansion portion. A lamp tube according to embodiments of the present invention is inexpensive, has a simple manufacturing process, and the light source can be emitted in a smaller angle, improving the concentration of light.
