  • Publication number: 20250044304
Abstract: The present application relates to an antibody, kit, detection method, and sample analyzer for detecting thyroid stimulating hormone. Specifically, the present application relates to a monoclonal antibody or antigen-binding antibody fragment thereof that specifically binds to thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), wherein the antibody can recognize TSH variant R55G and does not cross-react with an ?-subunit shared by human luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), and free glycoprotein hormones, and is particularly suitable for developing TSH detection kit with a functional sensitivity of ?0.0015 ?IU/ml. The present application also relates to a thyroid stimulating hormone detection kit, detection method, and sample analyzer.

  • Publication number: 20220018831
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method for eliminating interference of theophylline in immunoassay and an immunodetection kit. The method for eliminating interference of theophylline in immunoassay includes: performing an immunoassay in the presence of a theophylline interference-resistant agent, the theophylline interference-resistant agent having a final concentration of 0.1 mg/mL-100 mg/mL, and being selected as at least one component from a group consisting of free 6-mercaptopurine, 6-thioguanine, 8-azguanine, hypoxanthine, adenine, purine, 2,6,8-trioxypurine, adenine nucleotide, and adenosine. The method and the kit can effectively reduce interference of theophylline on immunoassay results.
