  • Patent number: 11955416
Abstract: A semiconductor structure is provided. The semiconductor structure comprises a substrate, a via, a liner layer, a barrier layer, and a conductor. The via penetrates through the substrate. The liner layer is formed on a sidewall of the via. The barrier layer is formed on the liner layer. The barrier layer comprises a conductive 2D material. The conductor fills a remaining space of the via.

  • Patent number: 9746976
Abstract: A touch control device includes at least one sensing unit that includes an electrically insulating and light transmissive substrate, multiple mutually electrically insulating touch control electrode structures spacedly disposed on a same side of the substrate, and at least one dummy electrode set disposed on the substrate and located between adjacent ones of the touch control electrode structures. The dummy electrode set forms a groove that extends from a top side thereof through to the substrate and including a plurality of dummy electrode structures that are dividedly defined by said groove. The groove extends between the adjacent ones of the touch control electrode structures and forms at least one bent.

  • Patent number: 9658490
Abstract: A touch display device includes an upper polarizer, a display unit and a touch sensing unit. The upper polarizer allows light having a first linear polarization direction to pass therethrough and blocks light having a second linear polarization direction. The second linear polarization direction is perpendicular to the first linear polarization direction. The display unit is spaced-apart from the upper polarizer and is used to display images. The touch sensing unit is disposed between the upper polarizer and the display unit, and includes an optical compensation substrate and a touch sensing electrode structure disposed on the optical compensation substrate. The optical compensation substrate is flexible and is able to control the polarization property of the light passing therethrough.
