  • Publication number: 20250143873
Abstract: A self-expanding biological valve has a fixed support (1), an inflow end support structure (5), an outflow end support structure (3) and a silica gel suture ring (4). The fixing support (1) has a stretching part (2), which is disconnected after being subjected to an expansion force, and then the valve expands at a predetermined position. In an unfolded state, the inflow end support structure (5) and the outflow end support structure (3) extend outwards relative to the fixing support (1) in the radial direction for supporting the valve at the preset position, and continuously applying outward and/or downward force to surrounding tissues, so as to ensure reliable fixation of the valve. The present valve can achieve valve replacement without a complex suture, the operation time is shortened, the risk of complications after operation is reduced.

  • Publication number: 20240398562
Abstract: A valve implantation device includes a valve, a heart isolation device, and a valve connection device. The heart isolation device includes an isolation device body, which is provided with a positioning part and is fixed on a heart tissue through the positioning part. The valve connection device includes a first connection part and a second connection part connected during operation. One side of the first connection part is connected with the valve. The device can improve the cardiac function before/during valve implantation and increases the effectiveness of an operation. Fixing the valve by the hook-type structure can reduce metal objects required for replacement and avoid potential injury to a heart valve structure. A connector structure connected to the valve stably locates the valve and accurately releases the height of the valve, so that paravalvular leak and injury to a valve annulus plane can be prevented.

  • Publication number: 20240307173
Abstract: A balloon-expandable interventional valve stent has a stent body (1), a valve leaflet, and a wingspan skirt (2). The wingspan skirt (2) is disposed on the outer side of an outflow tract (4). A pull suture (5) is connected to the wingspan skirt (2). When a balloon (7) is expanded and opened, the pull suture (5) connected to the skirt on the side of an inflow tract (3) is gradually tightened in a circumferential direction under the action of expanding force of the balloon (7), so that the wingspan skirt (2) is folded in the axis direction of the stent body (1), and a portion protruding outwards in the radial direction of the stent body (1) is formed, thus covering or plugging a paravalvular leak. A wingspan skirt (2) structure is added without increasing the diameter of a delivery system.

  • Publication number: 20240099833
Abstract: A balloon expandable interventional valve stent has a stent main body (1), leaflets and a wing-spreading skirt (2). The wing-spreading skirt (2) is arranged outside an outflow channel (4), and several round holes (8) are evenly arranged at the edge of the wing-spreading skirt (2) close to the outflow channel (4) A pulling suture (5) is connected to the wing-spreading skirt (2). When the balloon (7) is expanded and spread, the pulling suture (5) connected to the skirt on an inflow channel (3) side is gradually tightened in the circumferential direction under the effect of the expansion force of the balloon (7), so that the wing-spreading skirt (2) is folded in the axial direction of the stent to the outside of the inflow channel (3) to form portions protruding outwards in the radial direction of the stent main body (1), so as to cover or occlude a paravalvular leak.

  • Patent number: 11663894
Abstract: Disclosed are a method for processing alarms of multiple devices and a central display device. An association between the multiple devices in terms of alarm causes is determined; and when there is an association between at least two different devices in terms of alarm causes, alarms generated by the at least two different devices is optimized. By means of a root cause analysis on alarms generated by devices, levels of alarms are lowered, and medical care personnel can more easily view and target higher-level alarm that requires more attention, so that trouble of the medical care personnel is reduced.

  • Publication number: 20230040369
Abstract: An aortic valve implantation device that is delivered through a catheter and does not depend only on friction for fixation. In this device, multiple supporting arms (50) are provided on an intermediate portion (102) of a tubular body (105). The supporting arms are ā€œDā€-shaped after fully expansion, and are affixed between a narrowest part (73) of the aorta close to the heart and a narrowest part (74) on an aortic annulus (70), so as to achieve sufficient match between the outer surfaces of the support arms (50) and surrounding tissues; Each supporting arm (50) has three landing areas (54) and two bending sections (59). This device can accurately control the position of a valve to be released on the aortic annulus (70).
