The method includes a network data analytic function (NWDAF) acquiring registration information of a terminal device; and the NWDAF sending a registration request to a unified data management (UDM) function, and the registration request includes the registration information and location information, which is used for identifying a storage path of the registration information in the UDM, and the location information includes an identifier of the NWDAF.
