  • Patent number: 11939012
Abstract: Provided are a system and method for monitoring tension of a track. The track tension monitoring method of determining whether tension of tracks constituting an undercarriage module, which is an undercarriage of caterpillar track equipment, is abnormal includes, when tracks are in a dynamic state, entering an abnormality determination mode for determining whether the tracks are in excessive tension or low tension, and determining, in the abnormality determination mode, whether track tension is abnormal by measuring the track tension when the tracks make a turn, when the tracks are impacted, or when the caterpillar track equipment operates.

  • Publication number: 20230042179
Abstract: A system for inspecting thin glass includes: a housing including a body and a cover; a first shuttle which fixes an edge portion of the thin glass and reciprocates in a first axis direction; a first inspection part disposed on the body and which measures a position of a defect formed in the thin glass by taking a picture of the thin glass; a transport shuttle which separates the thin glass from the first shuttle, a second shuttle which separates the thin glass from the transport shuttle, fixes the thin glass, and reciprocates the upper surface of the body; and a second inspection part disposed on the body and spaced apart from the first inspection part and which inspects the position of the defect by taking an enlarged picture of the position of the defect. The first shuttle tensions and fixes the thin glass.

  • Patent number: 8733850
Abstract: An apparatus for controlling tension of a track, and more particularly to an apparatus for preventing a track wheel from separating due to an uneven road surface and obstacles on the road surface by minimizing space between a moving idler and roller when controlling the tension of the track, and for supporting the weight of a machine more safely by maximizing the space between a rear roller and a front roller. To this end, the present invention is characterized by: a track frame structure in which the idler and the front roller move together when controlling the tension of the track; and a damping member for absorbing external shock, wherein the idler is fixed in an idler frame, the front roller is fixed in a roller frame, and the buffer member is positioned between the idler frame and the roller frame.
