Abstract: One or more embodiments of this disclosure provide an apparatus and a method for generating a group profile. The apparatus receives, from a first external device, a request for generating a set of first information related to a group including a plurality of users using different electronic devices through the communication module. The apparatus receives, from the first external device or a second external device, a set of second information related to at least some of the plurality of users in response to the received request. The apparatus generates first data including the set of first information and second data for at least a part of at least one user interface corresponding to the set of first information based on at least some of the received set of second information. The apparatus transmits the first data or the second data to the first external device through the communication module.
