The device comprises: an image reception unit for receiving an image captured by a camera attached to a door, the image including an image of a person entering or exiting through the door; and a processor, which uses a storage place for storing the received image and an AI model, so as to analyze the image stored in the storage, and thus infers the characteristics of the entering or exiting person and provides information corresponding to the inferred characteristics.
