    Abstract: A portfolio binder has a jacket including a front panel, and a rear panel foldably joined to the front panel along a jacket fold line. A front flap is foldably joined to the rear panel and secured with a fastening means to the front panel for maintaining the portfolio binder in a closed condition. A plurality of portfolios are individually retained in the jacket, each by an elastic band encircling the jacket fold line and extending between the front and rear covers of the associated portfolio and along a fold line joining the front and rear covers.
