Abstract: Disclosed herein is a health management kit comprising a carrier; a means for detecting an organism's vital signs, wherein such means are held by the carrier, and wherein the vital signs comprise at least one of heart rate, blood pressure, glucose levels, cholesterol levels, and hemorrhaging; and a means for recording the organism's vital signs, wherein such means are held by the carrier; whereby the organism's vital signs may be detected and recorded, and thereby monitored, by a non-medical practitioner to better manage the physical health of the organism.
