The invention may also include a kit with the pain management device, and one or more treatment attachments designed for unilateral or bilateral vibration application adjacent to trigeminal and/or vagus nerves. The treatment attachment may have two or more pivotable arms that extend that extend perpendicular to the elongated handle when attached to the pain management. Also disclosed are methods of using the pain management device, in particular, for treating chronic and other pain and similar conditions.
