    Abstract: A click-lock re-closable carton is provided that may be simply and securely re-closed. According to one embodiment, the click-lock re-closable carton includes a pair of opposing side panels, a back panel joined to the side panels, a cover pivotally attached to the back panel having a pair of opposing side flanges, and a pair of locking tabs. The locking tabs may be on opposite side panels of the carton and may be offset from one another with respect to the back panel. The carton may be formed from a blank made of low moisture vapor transmission rate corrugated board. One liner face of the corrugated board may include a moisture-resistant extrudate partially absorbed into a first side of a fiberboard substrate, which is bonded to the microflute tips of the corrugated board.
