Abstract: An air-gun in which the main cylinder and piston assembly providing the compression of the air for the projection of the shot is associated with another compensating assembly of cylinder and piston, this compensating assembly of piston and cylinder being located in the body of the main piston itself or in a chamber communicating with the main cylinder and comprising a piston free to move within the corresponding cylinder which latter is in communication at one end with the main cylinder and is closed at the other end.

Abstract: An end fitting in the form of a head for a cargo-retaining bar of the type used with a belt rail to restrain or support cargo against shifting or movement in a truck, railroad car or the like. The end fitting includes a coupling apparatus adapted to be received in a retaining slot formed in a belt rail attached to the inner walls of the cargo vehicle.

Abstract: A storage and display system includes a plurality of bins adapted to be stacked and interlocked in a vertical array and tier-supporting members including at least two brackets adapted to be detachably interlocking to form horizontal and vertical supporting surfaces for the bins. Each bin consists of a bottom, a substantially upstanding front wall and an upstanding rear wall. Each bottom of the bins has a front flange member and a rear flange member arranged on its outside surface. Each upstanding rear wall of the bins has an additional flange member positioned on its upper end. A first bin is positioned onto the supporting members by interengaging the front and rear flange members on the bottom of the first bin with hook-shaped projections on the brackets.

Abstract: A pump having a hollow cylinder, and a piston slidably received in the cylinder, with the piston dividing the inside of the cylinder into two chambers. A hollow piston rod has one end connected to the piston and the other end extending out of the cylinder, and means is provided for attaching the other end of the piston rod to an inflatable member. The pump has one-way valve means adjacent each end of the cylinder to permit passage of air into each chamber, while preventing passage of air out of the chambers. Valve means is carried by the piston to establish communication between either of the chambers and the piston rod when the pressure in either chamber exceeds the pressure in the piston rod and inflatable member.
